About Buying Online

For your convenience, all of our quality products are available for secure online purchasing using your Visa, Master Card or American Express credit card.

If you haven't purchased products on our site before, here's a brief overview of how to place an online order:

STEP 1: Locate Product
< Browse through the SURBUF Products menu on the left side of the page to locate the specific product that you want to purchase.

If you're already familiar with our products and know exactly what you are looking for, you can simply click on the 'Buy Online' icon in the upper left corner to go directly to our shopping carts product menu. Otherwise, select the 'Buy Online' links on the product detail pages.

STEP 2: Add Product to Basket
Once you select the 'Buy Online' link, a pop-up window will appear with a shopping cart product detail page. Confirm the quantity of 1 or change it to however many you want to buy the submit the 'Add to Basket' button.

STEP 3: Select Check Out
Once the product is in your shopping basket, you can either select the 'Checkout' button in the upper right corner of the shopping cart window, or select the Product List to select and add additional products to your order.

STEP 4: Complete Order
Once you have selected the 'Checkout' button, you will be prompted to log in to an existing account, create a new account or order without an account. If you are likely to return to the site in the future to place additional orders, you should opt to create a new account. This will save you time in the future as you can simply log in, confirm your credit card info and submit the order.

Otherwise, select 'Place Order Without Account'. Enter your name, e-mail address and Ship-To info (and Bill-To, if different than Ship-To) and submit the 'Continue' button.

Next select your local sales tax option from the drop down menu and press continue. Then select your shipping option (USPS, UPS or UPS1) and press continue. Next select ship via, pay with credit card type and press continue and fill in credit card payment information and press continue again. Finally, press the "submit button" to place your order.

That's it. You will proceed to an Invoice page that has all of the order info which you can print out by selecting your browser's 'Print' icon. A receipt will be e-mailed to you immediately for your records.

NOTE: Your credit card will be charged by Kjibe, Inc.

Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 7 business days from the order date. You can choose between USPS or UPS Ground Service - unless your order is shipping to a post office box or outside of the Continental U.S.A., in which case your order will be shipped via USPS. Shipping outside the continental U.S.A. may incur additional shipping charges.

Products that are defective in material or workmanship may be returned for replacement, excluding all freight charges. Kjibe, Inc. will pay the freight charges one way on replacement items only. To qualify for replacement, products must be returned in their original package and include a short statement describing the reason for the return. Only like products (same size and style) will be replaced. Sorry, no substitutes.

All financial transactions take place on an ultra-secure e-commerce server that utilizes 24-bit data encryption for all information that you enter and it cannot be intercepted while in transit. We can assure you that your personal and credit card information is very safe and secure.

The personal information that you submit on our site is for communication and order processing purposes only. Kjibe, Inc. will not share or sell your information with other individuals or companies, nor will it be used for any commercial purpose.
